1 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the 7z77z platform at 7z77z.app — whether via desktop browser, mobile browser, or any other device — you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety. These Terms form a legally binding agreement between you (the player) and 7z77z.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms & Conditions, you must immediately discontinue your use of the 7z77z platform. Continued use of 7z77z.app following any update to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

7z77z reserves the right to amend, modify, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, we will update the effective date shown at the top of this document. It is your responsibility to review this page periodically. Notification of changes may also be provided via the platform or via your registered email address, though such notification is not guaranteed for every amendment.

These Terms are written in English. In the event of any translation or paraphrase being relied upon by a user, the English-language version of this document shall prevail in all circumstances.

2 Eligibility & Age Restriction

To register and maintain an account on 7z77z, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and at all times during which your account remains active:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. 7z77z operates a strict minimum age policy and will not knowingly permit anyone under 18 to register or maintain an account.
• You must be acting as a private individual on your own behalf, and not as an agent for any third party.
• You must not be registered as a self-excluded player on any gambling self-exclusion scheme or database that covers the 7z77z platform.
• You must not have had a previous 7z77z account closed by the platform for misconduct, fraud, or violations of these Terms.
• You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws applicable to you in your jurisdiction.

7z77z may request documentary proof of age at any point — including during registration, before processing a withdrawal, or during a routine account review. Acceptable documents include a national identity card (NID), passport, or birth certificate. Accounts may be suspended pending age verification, and 7z77z will not be liable for any funds held during a verification period conducted in good faith.

It is the sole responsibility of players to ensure that online gambling is not restricted or prohibited in their jurisdiction. 7z77z makes no representation that its services are available or lawful in all locations. Players who access 7z77z from a jurisdiction where online gambling is restricted do so at their own risk and are solely responsible for compliance with local laws.

3 Account Registration & Verification

Each individual player is permitted to hold one (1) account on 7z77z only. Registering or attempting to register multiple accounts — whether under the same name, same contact details, same device, same IP address, or through any other means — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account closure and forfeiture of all balances and bonuses.

Registration Requirements

When creating an account on 7z77z, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information including but not limited to: your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and a valid mobile number. You must notify 7z77z promptly of any changes to this information by contacting our support team at [email protected].

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials — including your username and password. You must not share your account credentials with any other person. 7z77z will not be held liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account where such access was made possible through your failure to keep your credentials secure.

KYC Verification

As part of our commitment to fair play, fraud prevention, and responsible gaming, 7z77z operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) process. We may request the following documents at any stage of the account lifecycle:

• Proof of Identity: National Identity Card (NID), passport, or driving licence — showing full name, date of birth, and photograph.
• Proof of Address: A recent utility bill, bank statement, or government-issued document showing your full residential address (issued within the last 3 months).
• Proof of Payment Method: A screenshot or statement confirming ownership of the bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or Upay account used for deposits.

Failure to provide requested verification documents within a reasonable timeframe — typically 14 calendar days from the date of request — may result in account suspension or closure. 7z77z will not process withdrawal requests until all required verification steps have been completed satisfactorily.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on 7z77z are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). 7z77z supports the following payment methods for both deposits and withdrawals: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, and Mastercard. No currency conversion fees are applied to transactions processed through any of these methods.

Deposits

• The minimum deposit amount on 7z77z is ৳500.
• Deposits made via bKash and Nagad are typically credited to your 7z77z account balance instantly or within a few minutes of confirmation.
• Deposits made via Rocket and Upay are typically credited within 5 to 15 minutes.
• Card deposits via Visa or Mastercard are subject to 3D Secure authentication and may take up to 30 minutes to be reflected in your account balance.
• 7z77z does not accept third-party deposits. The payment account used for deposits must be registered in your own name and must match the name on your 7z77z account.
• 7z77z reserves the right to decline any deposit that cannot be verified or that raises fraud concerns, without prior notice.

Withdrawals

• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500.
• Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit wherever possible.
• bKash and Nagad withdrawals are typically processed within 5 to 15 minutes of approval.
• Rocket and Upay withdrawals are typically processed within 15 to 30 minutes of approval.
• All withdrawals are subject to a successful KYC verification check. 7z77z will not process withdrawals to unverified accounts.
• 7z77z reserves the right to conduct additional security or fraud checks prior to approving any withdrawal, which may extend processing times. Players will be notified if such a review is in progress.
• Withdrawals of bonus funds are subject to the wagering requirements set out in the Bonus & Promotions Policy section of these Terms.

5 Bonus & Promotions Policy

7z77z offers a range of promotional offers and bonuses to eligible registered players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published alongside each individual offer, as well as the general bonus terms set out in this section. In the event of any conflict between a specific promotion's terms and these general terms, the specific promotion terms shall prevail.

General Bonus Conditions

• All bonuses are available to players who are 18 years of age or older and who have completed the required KYC verification process.
• Each player is entitled to claim a welcome bonus only once. Duplicate accounts created to claim multiple welcome bonuses will be closed, and all associated bonuses forfeited.
• Bonus funds are held separately from real-money funds and will be used in wagering before real-money balances are staked, unless otherwise specified in the promotion terms.
• All bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement before they (or any winnings derived from them) can be withdrawn as cash. The applicable wagering multiplier is stated in each individual promotion's terms. Failure to meet the wagering requirement within the stated timeframe will result in the bonus and any associated winnings being removed from the account.
• 7z77z reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice, where circumstances require. Players who have already opted into a promotion at the point of cancellation will have their eligibility assessed on a case-by-case basis.
• Bonuses may not be transferred, sold, or exchanged for cash outside of the wagering process. Bonuses have no monetary value until wagering requirements have been fully satisfied.
• 7z77z monitors accounts for bonus abuse, including but not limited to: low-risk bet strategies designed to artificially complete wagering requirements, arbitrage betting across bonus-funded accounts, and collusion between players. Where abuse is suspected, 7z77z reserves the right to void bonuses, adjust balances, or close accounts.

6 Betting & Casino Rules

All bets placed on the 7z77z sportsbook and all wagers placed on casino games are governed by the specific product rules applicable to that product, as well as the general platform rules set out in this section.

Sportsbook Betting

• All sports bets placed on 7z77z are final once confirmed. Bets cannot be cancelled or amended after confirmation, except where a specific cash-out or bet edit function is made available by the platform at the time of the bet.
• 7z77z reserves the right to void any bet placed on an event that is subsequently cancelled, postponed indefinitely, or ruled void by the relevant sporting authority — including cricket matches, football fixtures, and all other sports covered on the platform.
• In-play bets are subject to acceptance at the current live odds at the moment of confirmation. 7z77z may temporarily suspend a market during significant match events (such as a cricket wicket, penalty kick, or red card) — bets placed during such suspensions will be void.
• 7z77z reserves the right to set individual and account-level stake limits at its sole discretion. Maximum and minimum stake amounts per market are displayed within the betting interface at the time of placing a bet.
• Where a manifest error in odds is identified — including but not limited to a pricing error caused by a technical fault or human error — 7z77z reserves the right to void affected bets and refund stakes to the original payment method. This applies regardless of whether the bet has already been settled.

Casino & Live Casino

• All casino games available on 7z77z — including slots, live dealer tables, and crash games — use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology, ensuring that all outcomes are determined randomly and independently of any prior result.
• In the event of a disconnection during a casino game round, the round outcome will be determined and settled based on the game's internal RNG result as recorded at the server level. 7z77z is not responsible for losses incurred due to connection interruptions on the player's end.
• Minimum and maximum bet limits for each casino game are displayed within the game interface. Players must adhere to these limits at all times.
• Live dealer game rules — including baccarat, blackjack, roulette, Dragon Tiger, and Andar Bahar — are governed by the rules published by the relevant studio provider (Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play Live, Ezugi). In the event of a dispute regarding a live casino game outcome, the studio provider's recorded outcome is final.

7 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 7z77z platform. Violation of any of the following rules may result in account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balances and bonuses, and where appropriate, referral to relevant authorities:

• Fraud and Misrepresentation: Providing false or misleading information at registration, during KYC, or at any other point of interaction with 7z77z — including false names, false dates of birth, or false payment account ownership.
• Money Laundering: Using the 7z77z platform to launder funds or to process transactions connected to any illegal activity. 7z77z complies with applicable anti-money laundering (AML) practices and will report suspicious activity where required.
• Collusion: Conspiring with other players, employees, or third parties to manipulate game outcomes, exploit bonuses, or gain an unfair advantage.
• Chargebacks and Payment Disputes: Initiating a chargeback, payment reversal, or dispute with a payment provider for a deposit that was received and applied to a 7z77z account in good faith. 7z77z reserves the right to freeze the account and withhold all balances pending resolution of any such dispute.
• Use of Automated Software: Using bots, scripts, automated decision-making tools, or any software that interacts with the 7z77z platform in a manner not authorised by 7z77z — including but not limited to automated bet placement, game-play automation, or odds scraping.
• Exploitation of Technical Errors: Intentionally exploiting a bug, error, or misconfiguration of the 7z77z platform to gain a financial advantage. Any winnings accrued through exploitation of a technical error will be voided.
• Underage Access: Allowing or facilitating access to the 7z77z platform by any person under the age of 18.
• Account Sharing: Allowing any third party to access, use, or operate your 7z77z account on your behalf.

8 Account Closure & Suspension

7z77z reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at any time, with or without prior notice, where the platform has reasonable grounds to believe that a player has violated these Terms & Conditions, engaged in prohibited conduct, or where required to do so in the interests of responsible gaming or legal compliance.

Voluntary Account Closure

Players who wish to close their 7z77z account voluntarily may do so at any time by contacting the support team at [email protected]. Prior to account closure, any remaining real-money balance will be returned to the payment method on file. Bonus balances that have not yet met the applicable wagering requirements will be forfeited at the time of voluntary closure.

Self-Exclusion

As part of 7z77z's commitment to responsible gaming, any player who feels that their gambling is becoming problematic may request a self-exclusion period. Self-exclusion options available include periods ranging from 30 days to permanent exclusion. During a self-exclusion period, the player's account will be deactivated and the player will be blocked from re-registering. Platform-Initiated Closure

Where 7z77z initiates account closure due to a violation of these Terms, any remaining balance in the account will be handled as follows:

• If the closure is due to fraud, money laundering, or provision of false identity information: all balances may be withheld pending investigation and may be forfeited in full.
• If the closure is due to bonus abuse or prohibited conduct not involving fraud: real-money deposits net of any bonuses may be returned at 7z77z's discretion.
• If the closure is due to a player being found to be under 18 years of age: all deposits will be returned to the original payment method; all winnings derived from underage play will be forfeited.

7z77z's decision regarding account closure is final. Players may contact the support team at [email protected] to request a review of any closure decision, providing all relevant supporting information. Reviews are conducted within 14 business days.
